- Google Maps URL for your business
- Report type selected (Visibility or Business Intelligence)
- Keywords you provide for visibility reports
- Competitor names or Google Maps URLs you provide for competitor reports
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or through our request form
When we prepare a report, we review publicly available Google Maps search results related to your business, keywords, and competitors. We do not access your private Google account.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Prepare and deliver Google Maps Visibility Reports
- Prepare and deliver Google Maps Business Intelligence Reports
- Respond to enquiries and communicate about your order
- Send your report by email and WhatsApp
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How reports are prepared
Our reports are prepared using real Google Maps search data and the details you provide. Rankings and competitor information reflect search results at the time of analysis. Reports are intended for informational purposes only.
