Local Maps Intelligence provides:

• Free Google Business Profile comparison — a side-by-side snapshot of your Google Business Profile versus one competitor, based on publicly available Google Maps / Places data.
• GBP Quiz — free educational questions with explanations.
• GBP Optimization ($100 (≈ ₹8,500)) — a one-time 30-task Google Business Profile optimization arranged by contact. Scope is confirmed before work begins.
• Blog — public articles about local Maps / GBP topics.

We do not offer monthly SEO retainers or guaranteed ranking / lead outcomes unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Free comparisons, quiz content, blog posts, and optimization guidance are informational. They help you understand profile differences and possible improvement areas. They are not a promise of higher Google Maps rankings, more calls, more customers, or revenue growth.

You are responsible for:

• Submitting correct Google Maps links for your business and competitors
• Providing accurate contact details when you enquire about services
• Only comparing businesses you are entitled to analyse for your own commercial use
• Using guidance lawfully and at your own discretion

GBP Optimization costs $100 (≈ ₹8,500) as a one-time service fee unless we agree otherwise in writing. There is no automated subscription on this website. Payment timing and method are confirmed when you book the service.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, scrape, overload, or disrupt the website or APIs
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access private publisher tools without permission
• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes

Refund rules for paid services are described in our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Maps Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website — including lost profits, lost leads, or ranking changes. Our total liability related to a paid optimization engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published at /terms.
