• Growth audit fees are communicated before you proceed
• Payments are collected manually — not through this website
• Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the three months before the claim.

Either party may end a paid engagement. You may request cancellation anytime before work begins on a paid growth audit.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in India.
