Refund Policy

The Competitor Intelligence Report is a digital product. After successful payment, you receive unlock access to generate and download your PDF on our report page. Because delivery can begin immediately, refunds are limited once access has been granted.

Refunds are generally not available if:

• Payment succeeded and report-generation access was unlocked
• A report PDF was generated or downloaded
• You are dissatisfied with informational findings, AI insights, or recommended actions
• Google Maps / Places data changed after your report was generated
• You submitted incorrect Google Maps links or competitor selections

Contact us promptly if:

• You were charged more than once for the same unlock
• Payment succeeded but unlock / generation clearly failed on our side
• Your PDF download failed and we cannot restore access

In those cases we will first try to restore access or re-deliver the report. If we cannot provide the paid product you purchased, we will discuss a fair refund or credit.

The free Google Business Profile comparison does not require payment. No refund applies to free usage.

Email thippeshdigital@gmail.com with:

• Your payment ID / order ID from Razorpay (or checkout confirmation)
• The email used at checkout
• A short description of the issue
