Refund Policy

The free Google Business Profile comparison and the GBP Quiz do not require payment. No refund applies to free usage.

GBP Optimization is a hands-on service. Payment and start dates are confirmed when you book. Because work may begin promptly after payment and access is granted, refunds are limited once optimization work has started.

Refunds are generally not available if:

• Optimization work has already started or been completed
• You are dissatisfied with informational findings after agreed work was delivered
• Google Maps / Places data changed after the work was completed
• You provided incorrect Google Maps links or incomplete listing access

Contact us promptly if:

• You were charged more than once for the same booked service
• Payment succeeded but we clearly failed to start or deliver the agreed work

In those cases we will first try to complete or restore the service. If we cannot provide the paid service you booked, we will discuss a fair refund or credit.

• Your payment reference (if any)
• The email used when you contacted us
• A short description of the issue
